Return Policy

At MotoSeat, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom seat covers and accessories for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Seat Covers & Special Orders

Due to the custom nature of our seat covers, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please ensure your order details (including colors, stitching, and seat model) are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged and free from dirt, pet hair, or any signs of use.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our support team at info@motoseat.com with your order number and reason for the return.

 

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email our team at info@motoseat.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Receive Approval: If your return meets our criteria, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (minus any applicable restocking fees).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-custom items.

 

Exclusions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made seat covers
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Installed or used products
